4. Upload a scanned signature in JPEG (10-30KB) done with black or dark blue ink.
5. Fill in the complete application form, select the Class I/II examination, pay the fee, and generate the confirmation number.

Common Signature Mistakes to Avoid

• Going to gpsc.gujarat.gov.in for applying instead of the OJAS portal (ojas.gujarat.gov.in) where applications are actually submitted.
• Not having a valid OJAS account, which is required for all Gujarat government exam applications.
• Uploading a photograph taken in a studio with coloured backdrops instead of the required white background.
• Missing the application deadline, as GPSC does not usually extend dates and the OJAS portal becomes inaccessible after the cutoff.
