• Uploading a photo without the candidate's name and date written below on the print, which SSC mandates for all its exams.

• Using a colored or patterned background instead of the plain white background required by SSC.
• Submitting a signature image with a colored background instead of signing on plain white paper and scanning it.

• Write your name and the date of the photograph on the lower portion of the printed photo before scanning, as SSC requires this on all uploaded photographs.
